A multiple sclerosis research study using stem cell application has been approved. The Multiple Sclerosis Research Center of New York will investigate the use of mesenchymal stem cell-derived cells taken from the patient’s own bone marrow. See the video below.
Angeles hospital in Mexico uses adipose-derived stem cells, meaning they are taken from the patient’s own fat cells, in trials patient funded trials for people with multiple sclerosis.
